    For smaller tasks, punch lists, or open-ended repairs, we use a time-and-materials model. Either way, we keep pricing simple, fair, and transparent.

    • TV Wall Mounting (up to 65") – $175
      Includes bracket mounting, cord concealment, and leveling.

    • Ceiling Fan Replacement – $195
      Standard install with existing wiring and box.

    • Faucet Replacement – $150
      Includes removal and install of standard kitchen or bath faucet.

    • Furniture Assembly (1 large item) – $125
      Bookshelves, dressers, or similar flat-pack furniture.

    • Smart Thermostat Installation – $145
      Nest, Ecobee, or similar units, including setup and customer walk-through.

    • 2-Hour Fix-It Visit – $200
      Have a to-do list? We’ll tackle as much as we can in 2 hours—perfect for small tasks.

    Add-ons (when needed):

    • Materials pickup: +$25–$50 + materials cost

    • Haul-away of old fixture or debris: +$25–$75

    • Same-day or emergency booking: +20%

    If a job is more complex, time-based, or open-ended, we’ll switch to time-and-materials billing at $100/hour, with a $150 minimum. Either way, we keep pricing fair, transparent, and hassle-free.

  • We handle everything from minor repairs and seasonal maintenance to light construction, installs, and custom work. If it’s too small for a contractor but too important to ignore, it’s probably in our wheelhouse.

  • Both! We serve residential homeowners, senior clients, real estate professionals, property managers, short-term rental (airbnb, VRBO) owners and commercial spaces like restaurants, retail stores, and offices.

  • We’re based in Colorado Springs, and are planning an expansion to Fort Collins in 2026.

  • Yes, we typically have a one-hour minimum. After that, you only pay for the time and materials needed to get the job done right.

    If your project will take less than an hour, we recommend gathering a few small tasks so you can make the most of our one-hour minimum. It’s a great way to knock out that lingering to-do list while getting full value from your visit.

  • Yes! We offer free estimates for most jobs. Some larger or more complex projects may require an on-site visit, but we’ll always be upfront with you.

  • We are fully insured and committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable work. While we’re not currently licensed general contractors, we stay within the scope of what’s allowed for handyman and maintenance services in Colorado. For projects requiring licensed trades or permits, we’re happy to refer trusted professionals or coordinate as part of the job.

  • Yes! We offer seasonal and ongoing service plans for homeowners, rental properties, and commercial clients. Contact us to learn more about what fits your space.

  • We don’t currently offer online scheduling, but you can contact us here and send a request through our site anytime. We'll follow up quickly to confirm availability.

  • If it’s not major electrical, plumbing, or structural, it’s worth asking. We love creative projects and custom work.
