If a job is more complex, time-based, or open-ended, we’ll switch to time-and-materials billing at $100/hour, with a $150 minimum. Either way, we keep pricing fair, transparent, and hassle-free.

While we’re not currently licensed general contractors, we stay within the scope of what’s allowed for handyman and maintenance services in Colorado. For projects requiring licensed trades or permits, we’re happy to refer trusted professionals or coordinate as part of the job.
