Dwell Well & Co was founded by husband and wife team Tyler and Jenny Sherman, two hands-on problem solvers with a deep background in building, fixing, and running things the right way. After more than a decade of owning and maintaining restaurants, managing teams, and rolling up their sleeves to do the work themselves, they launched Dwell Well to bring that same pride and professionalism to home and commercial repair.

We’re not a big franchise or a side hustle, we’re locals who believe in doing things properly. Whether it’s patching drywall, replacing a leaky faucet, installing a ceiling fan, or helping a neighbor make their home safer as they age. We handle the kinds of jobs that fall through the cracks with honesty, reliably, and without the corporate fluff.

Our clients range from Boomers to Zoomers, first-time buyers, busy families, landlords, retirees, restaurateurs with too much on their plate, and everyone in between.
